You can cancel any booking online. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your experience are eligible for a deposit refund.
Enter your booking reference (e.g. PL-123456) and email address from your confirmation email to cancel.
This cannot be undone. Both you and your local host will be notified. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your experience, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
